Jacob and Emma tied the knot on the 21st of October in a celebration that felt equal parts romantic, relaxed, and effortlessly them. The morning set the tone: the girls laughed their way through hair and makeup in matching pyjamas, while the boys kept things classic, cold beers in hand and the groom’s loyal dog by their side.

Before heading to the ceremony, Emma shared a heartfelt first look with her dad, a moment that left more than a few happy tears behind.

Figbird in Terara provided the perfect backdrop for the day. Their garden was the dream setting for an outdoor ceremony, with views stretching over country fields and a soft breeze floating through the trees. After vows were shared and rings exchanged, the celebrations kicked off with a champagne tower and cocktail hour out on the lawn.

As golden hour settled in, the night unfolded between indoor and outdoor spaces, dining and drinking inside the marquee, heartfelt speeches, a vintage-style cake and sweet DJ music drifting across the lawn. Guests moved between the dance floor and the night air, soaking in every moment.

Fittingly, the day ended where it began, in the twinkling tunnel of fairy lights. Jacob and Emma slipped away for night portraits, wrapped up in the magic of their first evening as husband and wife.
