Chris and Leah were married on the 6th of December at The Cove Jervis Bay, turning the stunning coastal resort into the backdrop for a multi day celebration with their closest family and friends. By hiring the entire resort, the weekend felt relaxed, immersive and full of connection, with loved ones sharing every part of the experience together.
The day began with the girls in the ocean cabin, where hair and makeup set the tone for a joyful morning. The bridesmaids wore black and the room was filled with laughter, dancing and singing along to Natasha Bedingfield’s Unwritten. Leah surprised her girls with beautiful gifts and heartfelt cards, each one reflecting on the important roles they play in her life and the deep bond they share.
Before the ceremony, guests gathered in the courtyard while Leah and Chris shared a quiet, private first look on the deck of her cabin. Meanwhile, the boys spent the morning in the fun house, suiting up and soaking in the excitement ahead. The ceremony itself overlooked the ocean, a breathtaking shade of blue, creating a truly unforgettable setting as they exchanged vows.
Once announced husband and wife, the celebrations moved straight to the beach for portraits with their energetic bridal party. Bottles were popped, champagne flowed and the tour around the grounds marked the official start of the party. The reception followed with a sit down dinner overlooking the ocean, filled with heartfelt toasts, endless dancing and a delicious meal, rounding out a day that perfectly reflected Chris and Leah’s love and the people who mean the most to them.
