JP and Corinne could not have asked for a better day for their wedding. After a morning of pampering with her bridesmaids, Corinne joined JP for an intimate ceremony conducted by her stepsister Ingrid. Both the ceremony and the reception were held at The Kyle Bay, a beautiful Sydney waterfront venue. The couple didn’t have to go far for their portraits which meant more time celebrating with their nearest and dearest. After the formalities were over it was time to hit the dance floor for this fun-loving couple.

Berrara Air BNB

Photographed below are some of the photos I captured for a local holiday home in Berrara, NSW. This immaculate airbnb listing is a two storey self contained bungalow only one minute from the lagoon and beach. This property comfortably sleeps four people and has a large private backyard and outdoor fireplace.

Thomas and Laura's Wedding

Thomas and Laura got married on the 16th of November at St Michael’s Catholic Church in Nowra, NSW. Following their ceremony, they were joined by friends and family for a smoking ceremony. This is an Aboriginal custom where native plants are burnt to ward off bad spirits. This was my first time experiencing this and I found it so interesting. The bridal party made their way to Gerringong for some bridal portraits before heading to the Mercure for a night on the dance floor. Congratulations Thomas and Laura, I loved celebrating your marriage with you both and your beautiful family.

Eddie and Mia's Wedding at Cupitt's Winery

I was honoured to be asked to photograph the wedding of Eddison and Mia. The couple got married on the 15th of November at St Mary’s Star of the Sea, a gorgeous Catholic Church in Milton, NSW. Following their emotional ceremony the two joined their friends and family for a sit-down reception at Cupitt’s winery. Cupitt’s Winery is a stand-out venue on the South Coast for weddings as there are so many options for photos with the boutique winery, restaurant, cellar and vineyards.

The Duncan Family in Jervis Bay

I had a great time meeting The Duncan family earlier this month. This little family wanted to document their son’s first birthday and what better way to celebrate the occasion than with some family photos, some presents and a morning at the beach. Happy Birthday William!

Pia and Angela at Terara Riverside Gardens

Earlier this month I was lucky enough to team up with some of the most talented vendors from Sydney, The Sutherland Shire and South Coast of NSW to work on a bridal collaboration. This Moroccan inspired shoot was set up in the exquisite gardens at Terara Riverside.

This shoot surely was a day to remember. Unbeknown to one another the two brides had planned to propose during the first look. This was the most heartfelt double proposal, bringing a tear to the eye of all the vendors watching on.

This shoot was truly was unforgettable, I feel truly lucky to have witnessed such a beautiful moment. Congratulations Pia and Angela, you deserve every happiness.

Angus and Emily's Jervis Bay Wedding

I am so excited to be sharing the highlights from Angus and Emily’s wedding. Having grown up on the South Coast Emily wanted to come home to celebrate with her friends and family. The couple got married on a friend’s private property in Jervis Bay. The property was perfect for the couple and their big bridal party to have wedding portraits following their intimate ceremony. I don’t think I have ever had so much fun at a wedding, the entire day was spent laughing with these fun-loving newlyweds.

Ben and Annelise's Wedding at Bendooley Estate

Ben and Annelise got married at Bendooley Estate in Berrima last month. The couple exchanged vows in the breathtaking gardens and celebrated with family and friends in the iconic book barn. Ben and Annelise kept things traditional by spending the morning apart which heightened the anticipation for Ben to lay eyes on his bride as she was escorted down the aisle by her father. This was my first wedding shooting at Bendooley and it truly lived up to the hype, what a stunning property.

Luke and Kate's Wedding

Luke and Kate’s wedding is going to be pretty hard to top. A lot of planning went into this day to ensure that the guests were entertained from the minute they arrived. Following their outdoor ceremony Luke and Kate joined their bridal party for rides in the buggys around the golf course to capture their portraits and later joined their friends and family for one hell of a party. The highlight for me was seeing the guests ride the mechanical bull at the reception.

Having the opportunity to get to know my couples and their friends and family is a unique experience that I really enjoy. I am amazed at how every wedding is so unique and I feel so grateful to be part of such a special time in my clients lives.

Travis and Sarah's Figbird Wedding

Last month I joined Travis and Sarah as they celebrated their marriage in style at Figbird Cottage in Terara. The couple started their morning separately but met up in Culburra prior to the ceremony for a first look. There was much anticipation from both Travis and Sarah as they waited on either side of the coastal cottage to first lay eyes on each other. This private moment was a chance to settle the nerves and allowed them to spend more time celebrating with their friends and family in the afternoon. Once back at Figbird they had an outdoor ceremony and marquee reception.

Kate Inglish Designs

With Christmas just around the corner, Kate from the Kate Inglish Designs store in Nowra reached out and asked me to photograph her new collection. This family-owned and operated store offers a curated collection of boutique brands for babies and children. With her customer base growing she now also runs an online shop where she ships her unique collection of gifts Australia-wide. Having visited the store six months ago I was amazed at all the new stock she has on offer just in time for Christmas for the little ones.

Surfside Cudmirrah Beach

I recently photographed Surfside Cudmirrah, a gorgeous holiday park that has direct access to one of the South Coast’s pristine beaches. This coastal accommodation is family owned and operated and is one of the only pet-friendly parks in the area. Surfside has options to suit a variety of needs and budgets, with deluxe family and couples cabins, ensuite caravans as well as spacious grassed areas to camp theres something for everyone!

The Gauci Family

I recently caught up with the Gauci family at Blenheim in Jervis Bay. Natalie chose this beach as it is special to their family and she wanted to be photographed in a relaxed, natural setting. I try my best to make fun the priority in these mini sessions, letting the kids run around and enjoy themselves while I capture some candid memories for their parents. Thank you for a lovely morning guys, it sure was fun!

Ben and Rachel's Wedding at Cambewarra Estate Winery

The rustic wedding of Ben and Rachel, which took place at Cambewarra Estate had me really appreciate what I do. The vineyard looked very lush and green, which the couple explored following their outdoor reception. The beautifully thought out aesthetics of the entire day gave us a lot of opportunities for photos for the couple to enjoy for years to come. A big highlight of the day was the caravan photo booth, the bridal party and guests had a ball taking hilarious happy snaps inside this funky sunliner. Congratulations Ben and Rachel, your wedding was so much fun to capture.

Hide Away at Wrights Beach

I recently photographed Hide Away, a two-bedroom downstairs modern and luxurious flat. Located in the quiet suburb of Wrights Beach which is only a 5-minute drive to famous Hyams Beach, and only a short walk to the water’s edge of St. Georges Basin - fantastic for water enthusiasts.

Wrights Beach Hideaway is comfortably furnished with tasteful decorations and plenty of room for a small family, girls weekend away or small group of friends looking for an easy place to put the boat in the water and drop a line.

Wrights Beach Hideaway is conveniently located 10 minutes to the Vincentia Market Place, 5 minutes to Hyams Beach and a couple of minutes to the Erowal Bay shops.

Illuka at Wrights Beach

I recently photographed Illuka, a hidden gem tucked away in the quaint bayside village of Wrights Beach, surrounded by National Park and far enough away from holiday crowds to make this the perfect holiday location.

The house is ideally set up for two families with open plan living space and bedrooms at either end of the house.  There is an additional kids retreat so all 'generations' can be entertained without disturbing each other.  

The 'Basin' is a short, easy walk away for swimming, canoeing or any water play that takes your interest.  With a double garage for guest use and tons of driveway space, you could bring your boat or other water toys without issue.

Luna's Newborn Session in Jervis Bay

I recently met up with new parents Anthony and Jessica to photograph their daughter Luna in Jervis Bay. The couple welcomed Luna into the world six weeks ago and they wanted some lifestyle photos of their little family. Congratulations on your newest addition, I can see why you are so smitten with her.

Jo and Adam's Gledwsood Homestead Wedding

Adam and Jo were married earlier this month by celebrant James Murray at Gledswood Homestead and Winery. This historic property was the perfect romantic setting for the two to start their life together as husband and wife surrounded by friends and family. Following their garden ceremony, the couple joined me and their bridal party for portraits around the magnificent homestead. I was very excited when Jo emailed me to announce their engagement and organise her wedding photography. I had met the couple almost two years ago at Jo’s sister’s wedding and Adam had told me his intentions to ask Jo to be his wife. It was so nice to catch up with the newlyweds and share in the celebrations of such a special time, congratulations to you both!

Jake and Grace's Southern Highlands Wedding

Earlier this month my little sister married her best friend Jake. Their wedding and reception were held in the Southern Highlands at Briars Historic Inn, a beautiful venue that could accommodate their intimate garden ceremony and traditional sit-down reception. While I was invited as a guest I couldn’t help take some photos of their big day. Photographing my sister on her wedding day was even more special than my usual bookings because I know the couple personally and they both mean so much to me.
