Keith and Jaclyn’s engagement session was so sweet. The two of them explored the beach while getting some photos captured. An engagement session is the perfect way to get comfortable in front of the camera and for me to get to know you both before your wedding day. The photos are always so nice to look back upon, as an engagement is something so worth celebrating. Thank you Keith and Jaclyn for our lovely session together.
Watermelon Communications
I recently spent some time with Amanda from Watermelon Communications to create some branded content for her marketing business. Amanda thrives on helping small business owners feel confident about their marketing. I quickly learnt that at Watermelon Communications, what you see is what you get. You reap the rewards of working directly with Amanda to identify and achieve your goals.
When Amanda’s not at her desk you’ll find her juggling kids, tending indoor plants, or bouncing around a basketball stadium. To find out more click this link.

Chris and Elena's Wedding at The Cove Jervis Bay
Chris and Elena tied the knot on the 4th of February at The Cove Jervis Bay, a beautiful beach side wedding venue nestled in the National Park. They said their I do’s on a private beach, overlooking the crystal clear waters and surrounded by their loved ones. Their wedding was very romantic and had a few unique elements worth noting. The groom wrote a beautiful story which he read during their sit down reception. The father of the bride, a former wedding photographer, took some time to photograph the couple on the beach which made me hopeful that one day my daughters would like to do the same. After the formalities ended the couple spent the evening partying and celebrating their marriage at this private resort style venue.
Congratulations Chris and Elena, what a special day!

Lisa and Carik's Family Session
Earlier this month I caught up with Carik and Lisa. These are two of my lovely past clients who I had the pleasure of photographing their wedding 18 months ago. This time we caught up in Jervis Bay for a family session. We had so much playing on the beach, with everyone getting a little wet at the end, but it made for some of my favourite images. I look forward to seeing you guys again and capturing more memories for your family as they grow up.
Brooke and Ahmed's Wedding at Crooked River Winery
Brooke and Ahmed had their hearts set on a south coast wedding from the moment they began planning. The two tied the knot at Crooked River, a beautiful winery in Gerringong. Brooke and Ahmed engineered a heartfelt ceremony where they said their vows overlooking the gorgeous vineyard. They celebrated their marriage with an intimate reception at the winery where emotional toasts were made and memories shared. Unfortunately due to the pandemic many of Ahmed’s relatives were unable to attend, but the couple acknowledged how important family is to them and how much their presence was missed. As the sun set over the coastline they had their first dance as husband and wife, and it was certainly a moment to remember. I loved getting to know this beautiful couple and celebrating the biggest occasion in their life together.
Congratulations Brooke and Ahmed, enjoy your highlights!

Hayden and Brooke's Southern Highlands Wedding
Hayden and Brooke’s gorgeous Southern Highlands wedding was the perfect celebration of love. They had a beautiful outdoor wedding in the middle of summer at The House On The Hill. This stunning Bowral venue is picture-perfect, with 16 acres of rolling hills overlooking Mt Gibraltar. Beyond the beautiful setting though, it was such a joy to work with Hayden and Brooke. These are two of the sweetest people, who have been together for over a decade. Congratulations on your marriage, I couldn’t be happier for you both.

Crystal and Michael's Wedding
The southern highlands is a popular area for weddings, and The Rift is definitely one of the most stunning homesteads in Bowral. This Victorian Italianate mansion is surrounded by beautiful gardens and lush, rambling countryside, which suited Michael and Crystal’s wedding perfectly.
After a heartfelt outdoor ceremony which began with Crystal singing her way down the aisle, we ventured around the property for some bridal portraits before making our way back for an alfresco reception. I loved getting to know this couple and celebrating the biggest day of their lives!

Lachlan and Maddie's Engagement Session
Terara Riverside Gardens has definitely been the location of choice for a lot of our wedding couples and we’re not sad about that at all! When it comes to vibrant colours, this riverside property happily shows off season to season.
Lachlan and Maddie are getting married at Terara Riverside and were excited to have their engagement session here, as it meant they were able to see how the property has evolved since they first booked. With rain expected we ditched the beach and planned to take some shots in the greenhouse, but as luck would have it we were able to get some shots around the property before it started to sprinkle.
Congratulations guys on your engagement and I will see you at the wedding!
The Burton Family welcomes Oliver
It’s not hard to see why new parents Kurt and Ella are so smitten, baby Oliver is just adorable. Having only caught up a few short weeks ago for a maternity shoot, it was incredible to see how already they are so comfortable in their new roles as mum and dad. Congratulations on your little man and thank you for welcoming me into your home to capture some of those first precious moments.
Tennille and Jacob's Wedding
Tennille and Jacob knew early on in the planning that their wedding day was about much more than the bride and groom. It was a day to celebrate two families becoming one. When they organised their run sheet for the wedding they opted for pre-ceremony portraits to make sure they could spend more time with all the people they love most. We had lots of rain leading up to their wedding day, but on the 9th of January we had clear skies and the sun came out for what felt like the first day of the 2021 summer. I couldn’t be happier to document the wedding of these two and celebrate their special marriage, here are some of the highlights.

Welcome to the world Finn Spinelli
One of my favourite things about being a photographer is being able to tell stories. Your stories. I love journaling peoples lives, from a growing bump to a newborn baby. From a young couple just engaged and to saying I do on their wedding day. I love being part of all those special moments and knowing that I am helping preserve memories from the biggest moments in peoples lives. In saying that, this post isn’t about me, it’s about Amber and Andrew. Earlier this month they welcomed their son Finn into the world, and just in time to join them for their big day. I was invited into their home to capture some newborn photos. There is no love greater than the love a baby brings. Congratulations guys, Finn is perfect.
The Gould Family
Welcome to the world Dax Gould. This little man is now the little brother of one very proud big sister, Lara who was so excited to introduce me.
The family photos in Dax’s session capture so much of the love and adoration in his family’s faces. This is one of the best parts of having newborns photographed. It’s a special time for everyone to look back on.
John and Jasmine, thank you for welcoming me into your home and for sharing in this love bubble. I hope you treasure these photos for generations to come.
Emma's Family Session in Jervis Bay
I recently had a wonderful session in Jervis Bay with this gorgeous family.
We met at one of my favourite white sand beach locations, Blenheim. Summer time at the beach is a beautiful time of the year to have photos as the atmosphere is fun, you can wear comfortable light clothing and the light is magnificent. When I photograph children I try to keep them occupied and having fun, so not only did we have the water but these sisters could roam around the rocks and sand with their parents which made for some very natural shots.
I find it a lot easier to let kids play and enjoy themselves, rather than force them into posing. If they are having fun, the photos are way more natural. Here are the highlights from our session together.
Rhiannon's Jervis Bay Maternity Session
Earlier this month I met up with Rhiannon at one of my favourite beaches on the south coast, Greenfields to document some memories of her pregnancy journey. I love taking maternity photos because it’s a beautiful time to celebrate. Once the bump is gone it’s always nice to look back at the memory and relive the anticipation of meeting your little one. Here are some of the highlights from our Jervis Bay session.
Matt and Natalie's Wollongong Wedding
Matt and Natalie were my final wedding couple for 2020. After what was one hell of a crazy year, they somehow managed to get married with minimal restrictions and have the wedding of their dreams. The couple tied the knot in a gorgeous church with high ceilings, timber pews, and tall leadlight windows before joining the bridal party for portraits in the Wollongong Botanical Gardens. They spent the night celebrating on the deck at Novotel, overlooking the harbor. I go to a lot of weddings and one thing I noticed was how many special people they have in their life. After seeing how kind and caring they both are, it’s not hard to see how they’ve amassed so many friends. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Smith, you guys know how to throw a wedding!

Terara Riverside Family Session
Summer at Terara Riverside Gardens is such a beautiful time of the year for outdoor family portraits. The colours are always so gorgeous and the weather is so lovely! I knew I was going to love this session as soon as I found out a baby would be joining us! We had met the previous week for a Christmas mini session, but with a few members of the family missing they decided to have a do-over and I’m so glad they did. Here are some of the highlights from our session.
Erin and Dylan's Jervis Bay Wedding
With all the craziness that was 2020, Dylan and Erin changed their original plans and decided to get married in Jervis Bay. They said “I do” at Erin’s family home, which made the ceremony uniquely sentimental. Having been together over a decade these high school sweethearts decided that they’d waited long enough and that they were ready to start the next chapter of their life together. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your big day and congratulations!

A family session in the rain
I recently had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful family and creating some memories for them at their home in Cambewarra. This was a photoshoot on a rainy summer’s day, right before Christmas of 2020. As we started the session, the rain got a little heavier so we opted for some shots on their balcony. It was a nice send-off to a crazy year, and a time to reflect on what matters most - family.
