I wrapped up my 2021 mini sessions with the Hartigan family. Since Christmas is a time of gathering with the ones you love, this lovely family decided to document the start of the holiday season in beautiful Jervis Bay. Here are a few of the highlights from our session.
Sussex Inlet Family Shoot
One of my last sessions for the year was in my home town Sussex Inlet. This family of five updated their family photos by the river right before the storm hit our coastline. Thank you Fiona for allowing me to document some new memories for you guys.
Family Beach Session in Jervis Bay
I loved capturing this family at Greenfields Beach in Jervis Bay. We had so much during our session, the girls even had a chance to make some sand castles. For Ashleigh and James, this was the first time they had family photos with their two daughters. Since they all love the outdoors, and call Vincentia home, it made perfect sense to capture some memories by the sea. Thank you for booking me for your first session, here are my favourite shots.
The Viret Family
Today on the blog I am sharing my recent session with the Viret family. This was my first shoot at Red Point, a popular beach in Currarong, NSW. Ryan and Elspeth decided to bring their dog to the shoot. Whenever I’m asked about bringing pets to a session I always say if they are part of the family, then bring them along. In ways it actually makes a shoot easier, as the kids are happy to show off their furry friend and it allows us to capture some candid shots as the kids can play with them too.
Jervis Bay Family Session for Little Sage
I recently had the pleasure of photographing Craig, Claire and their daughter Sage in beautiful Jervis Bay. I know myself that time goes so fast with little ones, so capturing those precious moments are so important. Here are a few of my favourite photos from our session.
Laura's Family Session
Today on the blog I am sharing the highlights from my recent family session with Laura, one of my past brides, and her lovely family. We met up at my favourite beaches in Jervis Bay to capture some memories after a weird year where family time was limited thanks to the lockdowns.
Tooth Family Announcement
Before these guys head off on their next big adventure they wanted to capture some family photos in Jervis Bay, the place where they first became a family of three. They are making a new life in Queensland and taking one more member with them. Congratulations Rach and Jayde on the news of your baby and all the best with the move!
Medibank Corporate Shoot
I was recently asked to create content at the new George Street office for Medibank. I met up with the CEO David Koczkar and chairman Mike Wilkins along with the staff from this branch. This was a great opportunity for me to branch into corporate photography. Medibank is one of the largest Australian private health insurance providers, having covered 3.7 million people in 2021.
Luke and Ashley's Pyree Wedding
When Luke and Ashley planned their wedding they wanted a big party with their closest friends and family. They tied the knot in an afternoon ceremony at Pyree Hall which was officiated by Cathryn Philpott, who had everyone smiling as she took a trip down memory lane and told their love story. The hall was the perfect venue for their sunset portraits as it is surrounded by beautiful dairy farming country. After they said their I do’s they spent the evening celebrating in the barn style hall which was decorated with lots of fairy lights. The night ended with the dance floor full and everyone in stitches as they played the bride and groom shoe game. Thank you for allowing me to be part of such a special celebration and congratulations once again!

Edwin and Chelsea's Durras Wedding
Edwin and Chelsea tied the knot on the 12th of November in beautiful Durras. The two spent the morning with their own side of the bridal party before meeting up for one very sweet first look by the ocean. They embraced the rain during the ceremony which made for some pretty cute umbrella photos. Showered in confetti, they began their married life with the biggest smiles on their faces. Unfortunately thanks to the pandemic not everyone could be there, which makes these photos even more special. Congratulations Edwin and Chels, what a wedding!

Lauren's Maternity Session
What better location to photograph a maternity session than in beautiful Jervis Bay. It’s such a special time being pregnant, so documenting this season of life is so important. I like to capture not only the bump, but also the happiness and joy that the anticipation of meeting your little one brings. Congratulations Lauren on your pregnancy and all the best with the birth.
Extended Family Session at Jervis Bay
With the restrictions easing and the regional travel ban lifted, this beautiful family decided to catch up and update their family photos while enjoying the south coast. With rain forecast we were all a little nervous that this session wouldn’t take place, but thankfully there was just enough time to document some memories. Thank you Mikarlie for organising this booking, it was lots of fun hanging out with you all. Have a Merry Christmas!
Joshua and Georgina's Bangalay Wedding
On Friday the 5th of November Joshua and Georgina tied the knot in a beautiful garden ceremony in Berry, NSW. The morning started off with lots of rain, but moments before the ceremony the skies cleared which allowed them to have the wedding outdoors. They explored the grounds of the property for their portraits before heading to Bangalay for an intimate reception by the beach. Congratulations Joshua and Georgina and thank you for allowing me to document your big day.

The Bay House by Wandering Escapes
I recently photographed The Bay House which is available for holiday letting via Wandering Escapes. The Bay House is only steps away from the white sands of Callala Bay, one of the secret gems of famous Jervis Bay. The property is in close proximity to groceries, takeaway food, coffee, the Callala boat ramp and the Huskisson ferry. This is the perfect beach house for a South Coast escape.

Mountain Side Meats by Wilson Design and Build
One of my recent projects was for Wilson Design and Build. Jobe and his team worked alongside Mountain Side Meats to renovate their North Nowra Butcher. Together they created an industrial space that makes a great first impression and creates cohesiveness to their second location. Wilson Design and Build are locally owned and operated, so if you are looking for an experienced South Coast builder give Jobe a call.
Alanna and Geoff's Cronulla Wedding
On Saturday the 6th of November Geoff and Alanna tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Hungry Point Reserve in Cronulla. With their original plans on hold these two decided they didn’t want to wait to make things official, they would get married now and celebrate later. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer afternoon despite the rain forecast. Congratulations guys, here are some of the highlights from a beautiful celebration of love.

Riverside Tourist Park Sussex Inlet
Some of my most recent clients were here in my home town Sussex Inlet. For those that don’t know the area, Sussex Inlet is approximately 2½ hours drive south of Sydney. It boasts pristine beaches, lake, river and access to St Georges Basin. Jervis Bay is only a ½ hour drive away. Riverside Tourist Park is located only 1½ km from the main township, which has 3 clubs, supermarkets, restaurants and take-away food outlets. If you are looking for a seaside holiday where you can go fishing, prawning, swimming, surfing, bushwalking, play golf, horse ride and water ski then add this one to the travel bucket list.
Jarrad and Rachel's Wedding
On Wednesday the 3rd of November Jarrad and Rachel tied the knot in Jervis Bay. Having postponed the wedding earlier in the year they were so ready to get together with their friends and family to celebrate. They chose to get married at The Woods Farm, because they had exclusive use of this quirky bush property which meant an epic couple of days filled with fun.
Here are some of the highlights from their day.

A big congratulations to Hannah and Tyler who are expecting their first baby in March 2022. Congratulations guys and all the best for the birth Hannah!

Justin and Michelle's Engagement Session
This might just be my favourite engagement session to date! Justin and Michelle were some of my most fun clients, they were so happy to embrace their shoot on the beach that they even hopped in the water at the end. Congratulations Justin and Michelle on your engagement and all the best for the big day!
