Nathan and Rhianna's Worrowing Wedding

To me, wedding photography is always special, but when the wedding takes place at Worrowing, it becomes even more magical. This stunning venue, nestled among the rolling hills of the countryside, provided the perfect backdrop for the beautiful wedding of Nathan and Rhianna.

As the photographer, I was thrilled to be able to capture all of the special moments of the day. The morning was filled with excitement as the bride and her bridesmaids got ready in the Stables and the groom and his groomsmen prepared in the Lake Hut.

The ceremony began with the bride making her way down the aisle of the Homestead gardens where her groom was waiting. The couple exchanged heartfelt vows, and the happiness between them was infectious. After the ceremony, we took some gorgeous portraits around the property, taking advantage of the breathtaking scenery.

The reception was held in the Hereford shed, which was adorned with twinkling lights. The newlyweds danced the night away, surrounded by their loved ones. It was truly a joy to photograph such a special and intimate celebration.

Overall, photographing the wedding of Nathan and Rhianna was a highlight of the season. The setting was idyllic and the love between the couple was beautiful to witness. I feel so fortunate to have been able to capture these memories for the happy couple to cherish for a lifetime.

On The Ball Constructions - Culburra Project

Last month, I had the opportunity to photograph a recent project completed by On The Ball Constructions. The owner wanted to modernise their Culburra property by renovating both the interior and exterior of the house.

As soon as I arrived at the property, I was amazed by the transformation that had taken place. The newly renovated space was brighter, more spacious, and much more functional than the original design. The kitchen itself was a masterpiece of contemporary design, with sleek white cabinets, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line integrated appliances.

One of the most impressive aspects of the renovation was the attention to detail. On The Ball Constructions had thoughtfully planned every aspect of the project, from the placement of outlets and lighting to the choice of finishes. It was clear that the owner will be able to enjoy their newly renovated home for many years to come.

Overall, I was extremely impressed by the quality of the renovation and the professionalism of the builder.

If you're considering a new build or renovation, I highly recommend giving John and his team a call.

The Lodge Jamberoo

After one hectic season shooting back to back weddings, we finished up the calendar year with a stay at The Lodge. Our family was ready to reset and recharge and this country resort was the perfect place to do just that.

Our kids loved the tennis court and games room, and we loved having a poolside room and onsite restaurant. We finished our stay at Lulu’s where we enjoyed the freshest food and most delicious cocktails.

We had a chance to explore the incredible grounds of this riverfront venue and we are dying to get back here to shoot a wedding.

Mitch and Char's Seacliff House Wedding

On the 10th of December I had the pleasure of photographing the beautiful wedding of Mitch and Char at Seacliff House. The ceremony took place on the lush green lawn surrounded by the rolling hills and overlooking the Gerringong coastline. The bride and groom exchanged vows in front of a gorgeous arbor adorned with beautiful florals from the Faux Fernery.

The wedding party looked stunning as they made their way down the aisle. The bride wore an elegant white gown with a modern silhouette, which complimented the grooms linen suit. The bridesmaids were dressed in linen colour dresses which matched the groomsmen perfectly.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests celebrated with a reception featuring delicious food, flowing champagne, and fun outdoor games. The reception was held in the beautiful barn, decorated with modern furniture and elegant floral arrangements.

One of the highlights of the day was the grooms speech. The way he spoke to his new wife was so loving that you couldn’t help but share a tear with the couple.

As the night came to a close, the bride and groom shared their first dance as husband and wife. It was a magical moment that I am so glad I had the pleasure of capturing.

Overall, it was so much fun to be a part of this special day and to capture the love and joy of the newlyweds. I feel honored to have been able to document this special moment in their lives and I wish them a lifetime of happiness together.

Erin and Yanni's Figbird Wedding

Earlier this month I had the pleasure of photographing the most beautiful wedding at Figbird Cottage in Terara, NSW. The ceremony took place in the lush green garden, surrounded by the rural landscape.

The reception was held in a gorgeous marquee, decorated with twinkling fairy lights and elegant stunning floral arrangements. The bride and groom made their grand entrance, and the party began! The dance floor was packed all night long as the couple and their guests celebrated with some greek dancing.

One of my favorite moments of the night was when the bride and groom ducked out for some portraits right as the sun was setting. It was nice for them both to spend a moment away from their guests and just soak it all in.

Overall, it was an unforgettable wedding and a joy to photograph. The love and happiness that radiated from Erin and Yanni was truly contagious, and I feel honored to have been a part of their special day. I wish the newlyweds a lifetime of love and happiness together!

Jacob and Emily's Meroo Meadow Wedding

I recently had the opportunity to photograph an elopement and it was such a special and intimate experience. The couple, Jacob and Emily, decided to forgo the traditional wedding and instead, chose to elope in stunning Meroo Meadow surrounded by just a few close family members.

As the couple exchanged vows, their family watched on, with tears in their eyes.

After the ceremony, we took a few more photos around the property, taking advantage of the stunning natural surroundings. The couple was so in love and their joy was infectious.

As the afternoon went on, we explored the country landschape, stopping at various scenic spots for more photos. The couple was up for anything and we had so much fun adventuring together.

Elopements may be small, but they are no less meaningful than traditional weddings. In fact, the intimacy and simplicity of an elopement often makes for a truly special and memorable occasion. If you're considering eloping, I highly recommend it!

Nick and Elly's Burrawang Wedding

Last month I had the pleasure of photographing the beautiful wedding of Nick and Elly at a stunning venue nestled in the rolling hills of the Burrawang countryside. The bride and groom exchanged vows surrounded by their closest family and friends, as their two sons looked on.

The ceremony took place outdoors, in the beautiful gardens, adorned with flowers and greenery. The setting was intimate and romantic, and was made complete with the live country music.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds joined their bridal party for portraits while their guests moved to the reception, which was held at the Burrawang Hotel. As the night went on, the couple and their guests danced and sang along to live music, and enjoyed a delicious meal.

Overall, it was a truly magical day, and I feel honored to have been able to capture these special moments for the happy couple. I wish them a lifetime of love and happiness.

Troy and Anna's Cronulla Wedding

Last month we had the pleasure of photographing a really fun wedding in Cronulla. The couple, Troy and Annalise, prove that you can find love just about anywhere, not even funerals are off limits.

These two tied the knot at Rydges Cronulla, and their marriage was officiated by the grooms sister Jess. The ceremony was a beautiful celebration of the couples love for each other as well as their daughter, who stood proudly by her parents side.

After the ceremony, their guests made their way upstairs for a cocktail reception. The event space was decorated beautifully with fairy lights that twinkled behind the bridal party. The couple hired a DJ to play all their favourite songs, and the dance floor was packed from the moment his set started.

As photographers, it’s always so special to be part of such an important day in a couple’s life. And this fun wedding was definitely a highlight of the year.

Congratulations Troy and Annalise, we are so stoked we got to be part of the day.

Daniel and Sarah’s Panorama House wedding was a gorgeous celebration that included lots of personal touches. From the stunning views to the heartfelt details, their big day had it all. They kicked things off with a first look at the Wollongong Botanical Gardens before making their way to the ceremony.

Once married, they locked their love in and threw away the keys. They joined the bridal party for some bridal portraits before making their way back to the reception.

The night was full of fun; great food and drinks, funny games and beautiful toasts. We finished the evening with a sparkler send off which was lots of fun with the bridal party.

Matt and Ashley's Homestead Wedding

After sharing a life together both in Australia and Ireland, when the time came to tie the knot, Matt and Ashley decided to get married locally. They said “I do” at the Gerringong Catholic Church in a ceremony that was lovingly officiated by Father Paul Gurr. Once married, they rang the church bells and set off for a quick drink at the families pub.

Matt and Ashley’s reception took place at The Homestead, the quintessential Berry venue. The afternoon started with portraits overlooking the rolling green hills and rural surrounds. As the sun began to set they joined their friends and families in the Cow Shed for a sit-down reception. It was here we heard how their love story came to be, and how a fling at a festival somehow turned into forever.

Matt and Ashley made our day so enjoyable and we genuinely loved spending our time celebrating with them both. Congratulations guys, here are the highlights.

Jaydn and Emma's Wedding at The Grange

When the time came for Jaydn and Emma to plan their wedding they knew they wanted a venue that could host both the ceremony and the reception. They chose to get married at The Grange, a venue that has a classic Hamptons feel and has the most incredible views overlooking the surrounding golf course.

Jaydn and Emma spent the morning apart before exchanging vows in front of their closest friends and family who were eager to celebrate their marriage with them. They left the aisle covered in confetti, hopped into a gold buggy and set off to have their portraits taken around the property.

Their wedding celebration was so much fun to be part of. From the first look with Emma’s bridesmaid and father to the wholesome speeches at the reception, I loved every detail and moment spent with the couple.

Joel and Jacinta's Wedding

A romantic setting in the southern highlands dripping in modern florals, a stunning embellished gown and a formal black suit and tie - need we say more? Joel and Jacinta’s Bendooley Estate wedding was both sophisticated and elegant.

They started the morning apart, getting ready for the ceremony where they would tie the knot outside the Stables overlooking the country landscape. Joel teared up when he first caught a glimpse of his beautiful bride, who was given away by her father. The couple made promises of a lifetime together while also reminiscing on how they ended up here today.

They spent the afternoon exploring the grounds of the incredible venue before making their way back to the reception for speeches, cake and lots of dancing. This wedding was nothing short of breathtaking and the couple were so hospitable to me throughout the whole celebration.

I had trouble narrowing down to just the highlights, but I gave it my best shot. Congratulations once again to Joel and Jacinta, you both deserve every happiness marriage brings.
